- Structure and negotiate transactions, including funding amount, pricing, repayment terms, collateral requirements, guarantees, stipulations, and closing conditions.
- Identify red flags, fraud indicators, undisclosed obligations, document irregularities, stacking risk, collateral issues, and other credit or operational risks.
- Prepare clear financial summaries, credit memos, risk assessments, and approval recommendations.
Portfolio, Pipeline and Client Management
- Support collateral documentation, perfection, custody, control, and monitoring processes with legal, operations, finance, and servicing teams.
- Monitor portfolio performance, borrower activity, collateral values, repayment trends, delinquencies, renewals, extensions, and early warning indicators.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, underwriting, and client activity records in the CRM and internal systems.
- Provide regular updates on deal flow, conversion rates, approvals, declines, revenue performance, and portfolio trends.
- Ensure a professional client experience from initial contact through funding and post-closing follow-up.
